My fee is $250 for 45 minute sessions and $300 for 60 minute sessions. I have a certain number of slots reserved for clients who need a reduced fee. Please contact me to discuss rates.

Currently all sessions are held virtually.

Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length, however longer sessions can be accommodated in advance when needed. Family and couples’ sessions are 60 minutes.

I currently do not accept insurance but can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Here are some questions you might want to ask your insurance company to help clarify your benefits: Do I have mental health out-of-network benefits? If so, what is my deductible? What percentage is reimbursed once my deductible is reached?
